You are not alone
Living with a chronic health condition can feel isolating, overwhelming and out of your control. You've probably been told to just manage it. To accept it. To make the best of it. But what if there was a way to genuinely take back control of how you feel?
Does this sound like you?
You've received a diagnosis but been given little guidance on how nutrition could genuinely help you
You've tried changing your diet but nothing seems tailored to your specific condition and situation
You feel like your health is something happening to you — rather than something you have power over
You want to feel vital and energised again — but you don't know where to start
You're exhausted by conflicting information and ready for a personalised, expert approach
You want to work with someone who truly understands — not just clinically, but personally
"You are not stuck. Your condition is not your ceiling. And your future health is entirely yours to shape."
What working together looks like
When you work with Your Future Health you get far more than a nutrition plan. You get a complete, personalised approach that looks at every aspect of your health — what you eat, how you think, how you live, and what's holding you back.
Drawing on evidence-based nutrition science, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and longevity-focused dietary approaches, your programme is built around your specific condition, your medical history, your lifestyle and your goals.
"Not a template. Not generic advice. A plan that works for your body, your condition and your life."
Whether you're managing gut health issues, navigating kidney disease, living with immune challenges or simply ready to take back control of your health after 40 — this is the support you've been looking for.

Meet your coach
The coach behind Your Future Health is Michelle — a qualified health coach and life coach, currently completing her BSc in Nutrition at the University of West London, and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine nutrition, Ayurveda and longevity-focused approaches through the Academy of Healing Nutrition.
But what makes Michelle's approach truly different is her lived experience. She has navigated kidney disease and a transplant, faced lymphoma affecting her gut, managed skin conditions and lived as someone who is immune compromised. She understands what it feels like to receive a diagnosis that changes everything — the fear, the overwhelm, the desperate need for someone who truly gets it.
She didn't let those experiences define her. She let them educate her. And now she brings everything she's learned — personally and professionally — to help women like you take back control of their future health.
